Terms and Conditions

Dear Customer,

We thank you for showing your interest while booking your travel itinerary with us. We would like to take your attention on our terms and conditions while confirming your trip with us. Kindly go through it and make yourself more reliable with us.

TOUR DEPOSIT:
Customer needs to deposit 50% of the total tour cost and 100% of the airfare as an advance deposit in order to confirm and proceed with the booking with us. The remaining amount will be paid by the customer on arrival/at the start of tour, failing which we will be compelled to stop the services (we wish this should not prevail as a circumstance with our valuable customers). You may choose the convenient way to make the payment through (Bank Transfer/Online Payment by your Credit Card/PayPal/ Western Union Money Transfer). Upon confirmation you will be guided by your personal Travel Consultant how to proceed with the booking. In case of online transfer by your credit card (MasterCard/Visa Card) there will be mandatory 3.68% bank transaction charges on the transact amount need to be borne by the customer. In case of bank transfer, the guests is requested to TICK the clause 21A in the form which says “all transaction charges will be borne by the customer”

AFTER PURCHASE:
After the customer’s initial payment, the company will initiate the booking process of various components and to achieve this, the customer’s only mandatory personal data will be used by the company with the suppliers & contractors (airline/hotels/railways/guides); such as names as per the passport.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Incredible Holiday (Asian Routes) understands and values your privacy and takes necessary steps to safeguard it. We request you to understand how we will be using your personal information during our course of booking. Through this policy we would like to apprise our users as to what all personal information of our users will used by the company and in what ways.

Firstly, through the process of booking you will be asked for your personal details (such as names as per the passport, DOB etc.). We will not try to collect any information without your permission. Secondly, your personal details will not be disclosed to any third party unless mentioned in the privacy policy or will be shared only after your prior consent. For the booking purpose your information will be shared with the hotels, airlines, transport, railways and contractors. Thirdly, Incredible Holiday (Asian Routes) ensures that whatever information is collected from you during the course of booking will be safe with us.

ONLINE PRODUCTS INFORMATION & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS:
We would also like to take your attention on online offers and information which are subject to market strategy and promotion. Your actual travel needs may differ to online promotional materials considering the validity & seasonality. Online promotional materials are primarily considered for knowledgeable aspects in order to apprise you with the product. For any information pertaining to this you may contact us by filling in your correct travel needs in the query box and our team will be prompt enough to acknowledge your request. Considering the natural calamity, insurgency or other unexpected circumstances, we also do not take the responsibility of the information that is mentioned on any destination and also if a destination is safe to travel or not during your traveling dates. We strive hard to render correct information on our web portals but we do not guarantee to be completely correct considering all unexpected circumstances) and will not be liable for any loss that has occurred by the reliance of the information. Incredible Holiday (Asian Routes) can change any offer, terms and conditions or any information that is mentioned on the website without any prior notice and would requests our visitors to keep themselves updated by visiting the site whenever possible.

SERVICE/S AS PAID FOR:
You are only entitled to use the service/s as mentioned in our travel document or itinerary finalized between you and Incredible Holiday (Asian Routes), for any extra service/s required apart from agreed itinerary, you need to pay the respective amount defined by the company. The company will not bear any unexpected and unintentional losses occurred during the tour.

SURCHARGE:
The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of sudden major hike in fuel prices, schedule airfare or any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
(Incredible Holiday) Asian Routes Pvt. Ltd. believes that most people who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. If unexpected circumstances arise and impact your holiday plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money. Nevertheless, cancellations are costly to administer and involve dedicated staff time and communications costs. Therefore, all cancellations/refunds made (if granted) will incur a $ 145 per person handling charge if cancelled under whatsoever reason. Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your trip. Any service that remains unavailable during the tour for which the payment is done, the amount of the same will be calculated and will be properly compensated or refunded.

Our rates of refund are derived and subject to our suppliers' terms and conditions (Hotels, Luxury trains, Airlines, etc.); and can be summarized as follows:

0 - 15 days prior to arrival   100% of Client’s share of total tour cost
16 – 30 days prior to arrival   75% of client’s share of total tour cost
31 – 45 days prior to arrival   50% of client’s share of total tour cost
46 – 60 days prior to arrival   25% of client’s share of total tour cost
61 days prior to arrival   100% Refund

For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted. The refund will be made through bank transfer only. Additionally, Asian Routes Pvt. Ltd. will instruct the bank to initiate the crediting process immediately after notification of cancellation; it could take from 4 to 6 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending upon your Bank practice.

Bank fees for credit card payments/bank transfers and costs of any non-refundable tour component already purchased by Asian Routes Pvt. Ltd. on client’s behalf are strictly non-refundable.

MALICIOUS SOFTWARES:
We would also like all our visitors & users to take the necessary steps to insure to be protected by any malicious software that can harm their systems. Incredible Holiday (Asian Routes Pvt. Ltd.) will not be liable in any way for the loss or damage caused by the use of our website or any related websites.
