Day 01: Abroad / Delhi
After arriving in Delhi, our representative will welcome you transferred to hotel. After reaching hotel, the guests and the hotel staff will provide you with a traditional and warm welcome with aarti-tikka and garlands. A welcome non alcoholic drink will be served to you. Day 02: Delhi
Relish completely in the rich and tasty breakfast before leaving for sightseeing tour of Old Delhi, which was once the active center of Mughal Power. Visit the majestic Red Fort, built in 1648, the biggest mosque as it is known by the name Jama Masjid, followed by trip to Raj Ghat, the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi –the father of the nation.
Afternoon sightseeing tour of New Delhi
Sightseeing activity will begin and take you through Qutab Minar, Humayun's Tome, India Gate (War Memorial Arch) and famous Hindu temple –Lakshminarayan. Drive past President's House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat buildings and heart throb and ultra modern shopping center at Connaught Place. The tour of New Delhi will consummate at the towering minaret of Qutab Minar.
Night Retreat at Delhi
Enjoy elite dinner at 'Chor Bizarre' - a special restaurant where each corner beckons you with old memorabilia and bric-a-brac handpicked from various Chor Bazaars (Thieves' Market) all over India. It is also the restaurant which is known for authentic Kashmiri food taken from south of the valley. Return back to hotel. Unwind and make your overnight stay in the hotel pleasurable.
Day 03: Delhi - Agra
After enjoying leisurely breakfast the guest drive to Agra, where you will check in to the hotel. Get freshen up and relax. In the afternoon board festooned tongas (or the horse carriage) for a journey from your hotel to the Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal – the seventh wonder of the world. The mausoleum was built by mughal Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 in remembrance of his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal. Built in white marble, Taj Mahal took 22 years to complete (1630-1652 AD). The mausoleum was designed and planned by Persian architect Ustad Isa. The best thing to note about Taj Mahal is their elegant domes, intricately carved screens and some of the finest and the rarest inlay work. Stay at Taj till sunset, to explore its beauty and exuberance. Later enjoy the magic show, where you will be excited to see conjurer's sleight hand tricks and his intelligence of mind. Day 04: Agra - Samode
After enjoying leisurely breakfast the guest drive to Red Fort.
Red Fort – Built by Akbar, the monument lies on the bend of the river Yamuna. The monument has one of the finest architectural styles. Red Fort has striking gates and walls of red sandstone and a moat. Continue the drive to Samode enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri.
Fatehpur Sikri – Fatehpur Sikri is a complete Mughal township constructed between 1571 and 1585. The township is at present in complete ruins, but, it is a nice place to enjoy some moments. Continue drive to Samode, and when you reach Samode, transfer to hotel.
Samode – It is a small princely town situated 50 kms northwest of the city of Jaipur. The town was established in 16th century. As per the historical records, 7th ruler of Amber, the ancient capital of the Rajput Empire, was blessed with 12 sons. One of the sons was awarded the present city of Samode as gift for his outstanding and distinguishing bravery. Samode has Fort and palace. The construction of Samode Fort was started around 400 years ago.
Samode Palace – The palace puts forth remarkable semblance as it is fraught with rich architectural extravaganza, stately corridors, and artistically designed walls; and not to speak of its ethereal audience halls. Enjoy the evening at Samode and be the part of magical experience. Later in the evening board camel cart to enjoy and be the part of candle light bar-be-que dinner at the Sam dunes. While at Sam dunes, you can be the part of Rajasthani dance and music performance. Return back to hotel. Unwind and make your overnight stay in the hotel pleasurable.
Day 05: Samode - Jaipur
In the morning after enjoying relishing breakfast, explore Samode villages. Later pack your bags to drive to Jaipur-the pink city and capital of Rajasthan. Jaipur is surrounded on three sides by the rugged Aravali hills. The pink city of Jaipur was built by astronomer Maharaja Jai Singh, and the pink color of the city resembles to the event of honor of prince, who came to city in the pink coat. The city retains pink colors on its wall ever since. Jaipur city tour will take you to Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory & Ram Niwas Gardens. Day 06: Jaipur
Relish yourself completely in the rich and tasty breakfast before leaving for Jaipur tour. Reach Jaipur, and make the visit to Amber fort, located on the top of the hill, built by Maharaja Man Singh in 16th century, which also houses marble temple of goddess Kali. The Fort, took more than 100 years for completion.
The marvelous fort also presents complete story of mughal lifestyle.
Take local cycle rickshaw ride through busiest bazaars of Jaipur. Jaipur is known exclusively for textile block printing. The pink city is also popular for its hand crafted blue pottery, semi-precious stones, carpet weaving, and local crafts. It was Maharaja Jai Singh, who during his reign allocated lands for the 'cheepas', the 'bandhanas', and the 'meenakari' workers. Make your overnight stay comfortable in the hotel in Jaipur.
Day 07: Jaipur - Udaipur
Catch flight to Udaipur, you will be greeted and transferred to pre booked hotel room. Plan the morning visit to city palace, which is a magnificent collection of four palaces covering a total area of four acres. The rooms of palaces are embellished sophisticated artwork, which is rarely to be seen. In the afternoon, take boat ride on romantic Lake Pichola and visit Island of Jagmandir, which lies at the center of the lake. It provides superb view of the City Palace, Lake Palace and Sajjangarh Fort. The Island is also the place where Prince Khurram took refuge in the 17th century. Also enjoy Dinner at the Crystal Gallery at Fateh Prakash Palace, which is an integral part of City Palace Complex. Day 08: Udaipur
The marvelous city of Udaipur was founded by Maharaja Udai Singh in the year 1559 AD. The city stands vanguard at height of 1900 on the Aravali mountain zones. The romantic city has several lakes, which run through fabulous gardens adding to the beauty. There are beautiful palaces which add touch of royalty to the city.
You will reach Udaipur in the morning. After taking rest for a while, freshen up. Have breakfast and prepare yourself for sightseeing activity. Hire boat ride to Lake Pichola. Later you go to City Palace, followed by Jagdish Temple, Museum, and then Saheliyon ki Bari, or Gardens of the maids of Honor. Reach back to your hotel room by evening and get to local area sightseeing, which will take you to Folk Art Museum. The museum is an amazing place that you should visit to see marvelous assortment of puppets & paintings. Make your overnight stay comfortable in the hotel.
Later in the afternoon, you are free to enjoy leisure activities. In the evening, enjoy special dinner on floating platoon on the Lake Pichola. The romantic behavior will be set into action when Lake Palace is lit up at the backdrop.
Day 09: Udaipur - Delhi
Later in the morning you get transfer to airport to take flight to Delhi. After arriving at Delhi, our representative will transfer you at hotel, and stay overnight in the booked hotel room.
Day 10: Delhi - Abroad
Transfer from hotel to IGI airport to catch the flight to onward destination.
